Instagram Account (Status)
Where to Find It
Sidebar → Instagram → Instagram Account (route /integrations/instagram-account). This is a separate, read-only page from Instagram Connect — use it to check account health at a glance, without the connect/webhook controls.
What It Shows
- Profile picture, username, and Instagram Account ID.
- Connected since date.
- A token status badge:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
valid | Access token is healthy |
expiring_soon | Token expires within 7 days — reconnect soon |
expired | Token has expired — reconnect required, DMs/automations stopped working |
unknown | Whoxa CRM couldn't determine expiry (rare) |
Reconnecting
If the badge shows expiring_soon or expired, click Reconnect — this re-runs the same OAuth flow as Connect Instagram and refreshes the long-lived token.
Disconnecting
Disconnect here does the same soft-deactivation as on the Connect page.
Tip: Instagram's long-lived tokens last ~60 days and must be refreshed before they expire — check this page periodically, or watch for the
expiring_soonbadge.
