Subscription & Billing

Overview

Whoxa CRM is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Business owners purchase a plan that determines which features they can access and how many resources (agents, conversations, templates, automations) they can use per billing cycle.

Plan Structure

Plans are configured by the Super Admin and contain the following limits:

FeatureDescription
AgentsMax number of agents the business can invite
ConversationsMax WhatsApp conversations per billing period
TemplatesMax templates the account can create
AutomationsMax automation flows
API AccessWhether API key generation is allowed

Note: When any limit is reached, the relevant feature is blocked until the plan is upgraded or the billing cycle resets.
